The top seven traits of successful employees at Google were social & emotional intelligence (S+EI) skills! This service gives you great insight into your strengths and opportunities for growth in the competencies of social and emotional intelligence. After taking a short (~20 minute) assessment, you'll receive a 40+ page customized Social + Emotional Intelligence Profile (SEIP), showing your S+EI scores in 26 individual competencies. You'll then have a one-hour coaching and debrief session with me, where we'll go over your report in detail and talk about how you can take advantage of S+EI to further your goals at work and home! HOW TO BECOME A S+EI MASTER: (1) Choose "Book Now" on this page. (2) Choose a debrief/coaching date at least TWO WEEKS from today, to allow yourself time to take the assessment. (3) Pay for your assessment here. (4) When I receive notification of your booking, I will use the name and email address provided to send a link to your personal SEIP assessment. (5) At least three days prior to your debrief/coaching session, take the SEIP assessment using the link provided. (6) Download your resulting report. (7) Bring your report to our coaching session!
